Kim Jones Adds A Transparent TPU Cage Above His Converse Chuck 70 Collaboration

In mid-January, Converse teased a dozen collaborations with renowned figures in the fashion, music and sports worlds. Tooling, however, is extended higher across the 12-ounce canvas material featured up-top, and works in-tandem with both transparent TPU cages and speed lace eyelets to deliver reinforcement and stability. Underfoot, the outsole is reengineered with a new diamond grid to increase traction on urban landscapes. The England-native’s name is stamped onto the tongue and sock-liner in simple fashion.
