Indulging in either a “Cream” or “White” base, each iteration of the 23-year-old’s own NB proposition boasts a bevy of accompanying tones and details that make their 1970s-inspiration obvious. Vibrant blue, orange, yellow and other hues animate everything from profile “N” logos to the model’s mudguard; the “White” option features a colorful gradient across its chunky, segmented midsole. “VISION RACER” and “NEW BALANCE” text on the tongue lines tab and heel, respectively, forgo their standard font in 990v2 of one transported from decades past.
