One of the most hotly anticipated sneaker releases of 2021 is the adidas x Dragon Ball Z, a blend of both Hiroshi Fujiwara and La Flame’s respective designs on the ubiquitous silhouette. This triumvirate of designer, entertainer, and brand will go down as one of the year’s best releases, and with a rumored release date of July 29th, this drop will stand as one of the most important of the year and of Travis Scott’s ever-growing catalog of Nike/Jordan collabs.
Based on a loaded product page on Travis Scott’s online shop, there is speculation that an early draw/raffle for the shoes will occur very soon. This has been customary procedure for nearly all of his footwear collaborations, so the only true unknown is the timing of the release. What’s more, based on the included imagery, an additional “CACTUS JACK/FRAGMENT” text sits right above the Swoosh, a feature none of the early pairs or F&F colorways exhibited.
