Composing an arsenal fit with both neutral and colorful ensembles, the Beaverton brand ventured further into the Y2K era with the nike light V2K Run. Boasting a chunky sole unit and OG elements from the Swooshes archival racing solutions, the low-top trim now enters the autumnal season with appropriate attire.
Eerily reminiscent of the Vomero 5s plush mesh base and leather connecting overlays, the formerly recognized Runntek is dominated by a “Sail” dominant palette that consumes the upper in near completion. Light tan accents complement the inner tongue, heel and presiding pull tab while a collection of chocolate brown hues amplify the tread, mid-foot shank and heel clip. What’s more, the profile swoosh is treated to a muted plum trim while the Cushlon-infused midsole arranges a vintage cream finish underfoot.
