They added ZipFoam™, Topo’s midsole foam, that makes it more responsive and durable underfoot and widened the platform to give it a smoother and more stable ride. They also added rubber to the outsole for better slip-resistance and durability. Topo modified the upper, changing the lacing system to loops instead of the traditional eyelets, which allows the shoe to wrap around the foot more securely. The new upper also now includes recycled materials.
