Absolutely zero returns unless the item is not as stated (i.e. - wrong size, wrong shoe). Numerous pictures were sent, and buyer has seen them, and acknowledged this is A FINAL SALE! If in some way, a refund is deemed necessary, the buyer will have to pay A 15% restocking fee, non-negotiable. All shoes I sell are 100% authentic or money back guaranteed.
