We gladly accept returns of Our merchandise within 15 days of the order being received - all items must be in their original box / packaging, and the box / packaging must not be damaged. You also must include the original sales receipt.
All worn and final sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. Items that are reduced by more than 41% are considered FINAL SALE. For hygienic reason, products such as: socks, laces, hats, jewellery, insoles, mittens,foulards and shoe care products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Manufacturing defects for worn merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order being received. In these rare cases, the return must be done at a Yellow store location, so a manager can properly evaluate the item. The item may be repaired (We will pay up to 10% of the item value), exchanged or credited on a gift card upon the presentation of the original receipt within 30 days of the order being received.
