To buy an NFT you must participate in the raffle. If you win, we will notify you by email and you will have 24 h to make the ETH transfer. Please note that the acquisition of ETH is a process that can take several days.
We recommend making the ETH transfer via desktop computer as the process may vary if you do it from your smartphone.
From your desktop (recommended):
- Download the MetaMask browser extension.
- The link in the email will lead you directly to the page of the NFT you have won.
- Before you make the transfer, make sure you are logged in to UrlfreezeShops with your usual credentials. Only then you will see the "Buy Now" button enabled. Click on it, then follow the steps indicated by MetaMask.
Monday - Saturday:
- You should have the MetaMask app already downloaded. In case you don't, download it here: iOS | Android.
- Access the UrlfreezeShops website from the MetaMask browser, inside the MetaMask app. Once you get to the UrlfreezeShops website, login with your usual credentials.
- Access the page of the NFT you won through the link indicated in the email. You will see that the "Buy Now" button on the NFT page has been enabled. Click on it, then follow the steps indicated by MetaMask.
After 24 hours, you will lose the option to purchase that NFT, but there is always a chance to win in future raffles.
Once we have confirmed the ETH transfer, we will send you a confirmation email and proceed with the NFT transfer. The NFT transfer process can take several hours or even days. When the NFT transfer to your wallet is completed, we will send you another email confirming the transaction.
