The North Face

The story of The North Face begins, ironically, on a San Francisco beach by two hikers who wanted to push the boundaries of design to explore the outside world. Its name, based on the coldest and most relentless face of the mountain, is a clear reference to its range of high performance clothing, footwear and equipment for all kinds of extreme mountain sports.
