You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, or make a purchase in one of our physical stores, to send a return or report a problem with your order.
Once the products have been sent for return, Comprar por descuento, don't worry. The determining date is the date of dispatch of the package to our facilities.
After the 14-day period, it is not possible to return any products, as specified on our Returns Cuidado y Limpieza Purchase Conditions.
