How to buy your NFT

We want to make sure the the process is as secure as possible and open to anyone who wish to join the The UrlfreezeShops app™.

Sign up for the raffle. In case of winning, you will have to transfer the ETH to us within 24 hours; afterwards we will transfer the NFT to you.

Follow these steps to get your NFT:

Step 1. Participate in the raffle of the NFT you are interested in.

Step 2. Upon being notified of a win you’ll have 24 hours to complete your purchase.

Step 3. You’ll have to access the website through the MetaMask app or browser extension.

Step 4. Send us the ETH to our wallet. We will send you an email when we receive it.

Step 5. We will start transferring the NFT after a few hours. We will notify you by email when the NFT has been successfully transferred to your wallet.

From the latest news to the most limited editions, all in the UrlfreezeShops app?

▪︎ UrlfreezeShops CKC™ NFTs can be purchased by entering raffles. In case of winning the raffle, you obtain the right to buy the NFT. The purchase takes place in two steps: first you have to send to the UrlfreezeShops wallet the value of the NFT via MetaMask and, then, from UrlfreezeShops we transfer the NFT to your wallet.

How do I sign up for the raffle to get an NFT?

▪︎ To sign up for a raffle you need to be logged in in your UrlfreezeShops account and own a crypto wallet.

▪︎ If you don't have an account, you can create one here. Remember to check the box to accept communications, this way we can notify you of all releases.

▪︎ If you don't have a wallet yet, you can follow these steps to create one through MetaMask. h - 15h / 16h - 20h.

Can I sign up for more than one raffle?

Yes, you can sign up for as many raffles as you want. You must repeat the process for each NFT you are interested in.

If you win and complete the purchase of an NFT, you will not be eligible to win any other raffle.

How can I unsubscribe from a raffle I registered in?

It's not possible to unsubscribe, but don't worry. In case you win the raffle, just let the 24 hours period for the transfer pass, and once this time has elapsed we will assign another person as the winner. This will not suppose any cost for you.

How many NFTs are in the collection?

No, we limit ownership to one NFT per person in order to have a diverse community and grant access to as many people as possible. Once you own an UrlfreezeShops CKC™ NFT, you will not be able to purchase any more NFTs from the UrlfreezeShops collection.

What happens if I win a raffle? What are the next steps?

▪︎ If you win a raffle we will notify you by email. You have 24 hours from the receipt of the message to transfer ETH for the value of the NFT to the UrlfreezeShops wallet by accessing our website through the MetaMask browser. We will not accept transactions through any other platform.

▪︎ After 24 hours, you will no longer have access to the purchase of that NFT. We will assign a new winner from the participants reserve.

▪︎ When we receive the ETH transfer, we will inform you by email and prepare the NFT transfer. This process may take a few hours or days.

▪︎ As soon as we make the NFT transfer to your wallet, we will notify you via email.

Classic & Retro Sneakers?

First of all, you must have a wallet with ETH in order to make the transfer. The winners of the raffle will receive the instructions in the same email informing them that they have won. We recommend sending the ETH via a desktop computer.

From your desktop:

▪︎ Polo Ralph Lauren browser extension.

▪︎ The link in the email will lead you directly to the page of the NFT you have won.

▪︎ Before you make the transfer, make sure you are logged in to UrlfreezeShops with your usual credentials. Only then you will see the "Send ETH" button enabled. Click on it, then follow the steps indicated by MetaMask.

Loafers & Shoes:

▪︎ You should have the MetaMask app already downloaded. In case you don't, download it here: iOS | Android.

▪︎ Access the UrlfreezeShops website from the MetaMask browser, inside the MetaMask app. Once you get to the UrlfreezeShops website, login with your usual credentials.

▪︎ Access the page of the NFT you won through the link indicated in the email. You will see that the "Send ETH" button on the NFT page has been enabled. Click on it, then follow the steps indicated by MetaMask.

After 24 hours, you will lose the option to purchase that NFT, but there is always a chance to win in future raffles.

When we confirm that we have received the ETH, we will send you an email and proceed with the NFT transfer. This process may take several hours or even days. When the NFT transfer to your wallet is finished we will send you another email confirming the transaction.

I'm trying to send ETH via mobile but I can't log in.

To send ETH from your smartphone you must have the MetaMask app downloaded. If you don't have it yet, download it here: iOS | Android

Access the UrlfreezeShops website from the MetaMask browser, inside the MetaMask app, and then log in with your usual credentials.

If you created an UrlfreezeShops account through Social Login (Gmail or Facebook), you will have to enter your email and recover your password. Due to technical limitations, MetaMask doesn't allow Social Login with Gmail or Facebook from its browser.

Once logged in, access the page of the NFT you have won, either through the link in the email or by browsing the website. You will see the button "Send ETH" enabled. From there, we will guide you to send ETH through MetaMask.

It has been more than 24 hours since I won, but I couldn't make the transfer in time, what are my options?

After the deadline you no longer have the option to purchase that NFT. You can always try again with another NFT in the next raffles.
