Deena Kastor, Races - Places Runner's World Half Marathon and Festival, which will be held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, from October 16-18. Kastor is expected to mingle with runners and take part in several activities, including the kids’ runs, seminars, and an autograph session.
Kastor, the current masters world-record holder in the half-marathon (1:09:39), won a Bronze medal in the marathon (2:27:20) in Athens in 2004. She also competed in the 10,000 meters in the Sydney Olympics in 2000 and the marathon in 2008 in Beijing. Kastor, who won the Chicago Marathon The Top Celebrity Marathon Times of 2024 London Marathon in 2006, is the current American record holder in the marathon (2:19:36) and half marathon (1:07:34).
“I am so exited to be a part of the Runner’s World Half & Festival in October because while sharing advice and motivation, we will have the time of our lives,” Kastor said. “This event is truly a celebration of health, fitness, family and happiness. Let’s get festive together!”
