If you live in Wyoming, Delaware, or one of the Dakotas, it might be time to get more active. At least that’s what fitness tracking apps MyFitnessPal and MapMyFitness suggest.

The two apps used data from their 90 million combined users in 2014 to create a “Healthy Habits Index.” The index, To see where your state ranks, take a look at the interactive heat map, courtesy of MapMyFitness, ranks all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico based on a combination of diet and physical activity.

“We looked at six elements to determine our healthy habit index, including four dietary elements (calories, sodium, fiber, and sugar) and two workout elements (number of workouts and workout length),” the statement from MapMyFitness reads.

The data was compiled mostly from people between the ages of 25 and 44, and women represented 65 percent of the data, Reuters reports.

Wyoming ranked last because of its low ratings in average workouts per week and percentage of residents who stayed within 10 percent of their calorie goal. When it came to the healthiest habits, seven of the 10 most active states were Western states, with California earning the top spot. California residents also logged the longest average workout time—87 minutes.

Texas can claim bragging rights as the most active running state, with the activity accounting for the greatest percentage (47 percent) of workouts in the Lone Star State. Walking was the most common form of exercise in all states, however.
