The Olympic track and field events are Friday, August 12, through Sunday, August 21. Most days feature morning sessions and evening sessions.

You can watch every track and field event on NBC’s live stream at nbcolympics.com Shoes & Gear Give A Gift. To access the live stream, a cable or satellite subscription is required. 

On TV, most morning coverage of track and field will appear on NBC Sports Network, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern, before moving to NBC at 10 a.m. Live evening sessions can be seen on NBC starting at 8 p.m. 

Both the men’s and women’s marathons will air on NBC, with the women’s race starting at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 14, and the men’s starting at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 21.
