1 ½ pounds yellow heirloom tomatoes, quartered
⅓ cup mild extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on medium for 3 minutes to create a thick emulsion. Chill before serving. Serves 6.

Instructions
