Their are pros and cons to bringing some ink into your running life. Excluding the idea that you might not be a tattoo person at all, the one downside may be that if you are heavily tattooed it could actually affect your running performance. Plus, getting a tattoo likely requires a little bit of recovery time, so timing is important.
But if you’re one to get inked up, the positives are definitely there. Need some inspiration on a long, arduous training run?
