The Good Housekeeping Cookery Team
An experienced and highly skilled team of food writers, stylists and digital content producers, the Good Housekeeping Cookery Team is a close-knit team of food obsessives. Our Cookery Director Meike Beck is an absolute wizard at cake decorating, who adores piping hot Twinings Earl Grey tea (with a questionably large amount of milk). Spice-obsessed Cookery Editor Emma Franklin spends an inordinate amount of time on holidays poking round the local supermarkets (and searching out Maldon salt in every country she visits). Senior Cookery Writer Alice Shields is a baking fanatic who'd have peanut butter with everything if she could. Savoury snack lover Senior Cookery Writer Grace Evans can be found eating crispy corn and nocellara olives at every opportunity. Rounding off the team is Cookery Assistant Georgie D'Arcy Coles, who’s never happier than when traipsing through a French country market, and love for tomatoes in any form is so intense they feature in nearly every meal. With a wealth of professional kitchen know-how, culinary training and years of experience between them, they are all dedicated to ensuring every Good Housekeeping recipe is the best it can be, living up to our Triple-Tested promise every time.
