240g granola

80g roughly chopped walnuts


1/ tsp grated orange zest.

2/ In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs. Whisk in the honey, oil and zest. Then stir in the granola and walnuts. Mix until thoroughly combined.

3/ Spread the mixture in the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into nine squares. Store, tightly covered, in the fridge.
