Cleveland wasn’t only missing their King, but there was a larger-than-life LeBron James banner that went down, when he decided to take his talents to South Beach.
Since LeBron’s return home back to Cleveland, things are starting to feel the way it used to before he left the first time. One major thing that will add the icing to the cake is the return of the LeBron James banner – which has been approved on Friday for a 10-story-high banner of the NBA superstar. The banner will look just like the picture above, with his arms outstretched and “Cleveland” across the back of his jersey – all hanging across the street from Quicken Loans Arena.
Having a similar look tot he Nike-sponsored “Witness” banner that was held outside the wall of Sherwin-Williams Co.’s headquarters for years.
You can expect the banner to be installed before the Cavs’ home opener on Oct. 30th against New York.
