The All Star Kicks Dee Brown Reebok Omni Pump takes inspiration from a device used for relieving asthma and other bronchial or nasal congestion, known as the inhaler. The shoe sports a full Red leather and suede upper with Grey accents on the heel counter sitting tap a Red midsole and rubberized Silver outsole.
