Brian Donnelly, professionally known as KAWS, is a New York-based artist and designer who will now be working with Jordan Brand.

Apparently, there were four versions made using the Are Jordan Brand Releasing Encrusted 'Chicago' Air Jordan 1s, which the one that will release comes dressed in Cool Grey and White. The shoe will feature glow-in-the-dark bottoms with the brand’s graphic branding on the outsole.
