UPDATE 11/8: Following an official announcement, adidas and Prada NMD_R1 revealed more details regarding their upcoming collaboration. The first repetition will launch for men and women globally in December 2019, marking a special partnership in both creation and manufacture, as with limited-edition styles will be made entirely by Prada in Italy.
That launch will then be followed with a second collaborative capsule releasing early 2020 and featuring the new Luna Rossa performance sailing footwear.
Prada added, “The aim of this partnership is to investigate the realms of heritage, technology and innovation. Prada for adidas is a laboratory for new ideas, a vehicle for creativity.”
UPDATE 11/7: adidas Originals has officially confirmed their collaboration with Prada on Instagram with a release date coming soon.
