And finally, Vanessa Bryant and the Kobe Bryant estate decided to race away from Nike after they didn’t offer a lifetime deal. The relationship was already strained due to Nike limiting the availability of his products and not expanding blue to kids sizes. While losing Kobe might be justified by the numbers, PR-wise the Swoosh might be taking a bigger hit than they anticipated. Especially coming after the last few months of controversies.
