One of the pairs that were included in the pack was the “Metallic Burgundy” colorway. 38 years later, the Infrared Jordan Tinker 6 shirt High ’85 “Metallic Burgundy” will be returning in 2024.
This will mark as the first time the “Metallic Burgundy” Infrared Jordan Tinker 6 shirt sees a retro release. Unlike the OG “Metallic Red” pair, these come with a slightly darker Red color tone. For the 2024 release, the shoe will return in OG form.
Dressed in a White and Team Red color scheme. While no leaked photos have surfaced, this offering of the Infrared Jordan Tinker 6 shirt High ’85 is expected to feature a White leather base with Metallic Burgundy (Team Red) accents on the Swoosh logos, collar, and Wings. Burgundy “Nike Air” branding on the tongues atop a White midsole and Burgundy rubber outsole completes the design.

UPDATE 6/21: Hoodiely expected to be the “Metallic Red” pair, it has been confirmed that the “Metallic Burgundy” Infrared Jordan Tinker 6 shirt High will be returning in 2024 per Sneaker Files and zsneakerheadz. The color used is “Team Red,” which is a closer to the “Burgundy” pair compared to the “Metallic Red” release. Expect a launch February 16th for $200 USD.
