This mid-top Russell Westbrook wears the Black Cement Air Jordan 3 OG comes constructed in a mix of tumbled and smooth leather with denim-like Swooshes outlined in 378037-100 stitching. A Sail midsole atop a Navy rubber outsole completes the design.
