Sporting a sleek Black nubuck upper, it retains the timeless appeal while infusing modern touches. White accents grace the “Nike Air” branding on the heel tabs, while Metallic Silver embellishes the 3M reflective tongues and the shark teeth, complemented by subtle Black speckles on the midsole. A vibrant touch of Fire Red highlights the Jumpman on the tongues and the “Air Jordan” inscription, ingeniously placed upside down on the inner tongues.

Adding to the reinterpretation, expect the incorporation of 3M piping throughout and White laces, reminiscent of MJ’s Player Exclusives. You can find it at select Jordan Brand retailers, both in-store and online, as well as on Nike.com. Available in family UNC, the retail prices are set at $210 for men, $160 for grade school, $90 for preschool, and $75 for toddler.

UPDATE 5/29/24: Originally reintroduced in their original form, the shoes are now set to join the “Reimagined” series. The “Black Metallic Reimagined” Nike Air Jordan Retro 1 Retro City of Flight will feature 3M piping throughout and come with white laces. Anticipate its release on February 15, 2025 during All-Star Weekend.
