Sebastien Abdelhamid, a French TV show host and pop culture expert, has teamed up with ASICS to release a special collection inspired by the popular anime series Naruto Shippuden.
This ASICS Gel Lyte III colorway is inspired by Kakashi’s original outfit in a mix of White, Navy, and Grey. It also comes with his Hidden Leaf motifs on the lace dubrae and heels, as well as the Red swirl on the lateral toe seen on the uniforms of Konoha ninja. Kakashi’s Mangekyō Sharingan in a reverse color scheme appears on the split tongue with Naruto Shippuden branding on the insoles.
Also teased from the collection are pairs representing Sasuke and his older brother Itachi. Sasuke’s Rinnegan is revealed on the tongue, while the laces are Platinum to mimic his Purple rope belt. The other shoe features Itachi’s Sharingan.

Look for the Green Naruto Shippuden x ASICS collection to be revealed at a special event at Le Grand Rex in Paris on March 18th. Each pair will be available for purchase exclusively in-store and online at French retailer Courir.

UPDATE 3/15: Sebastien Abdelhamid has officially revealed his Naruto Shippuden x ASICS collection that includes two Gel 1130s, one for Sasuke and the other for Itachi, along with the “Kakashi” Gel Lyte III. All three pairs feature tear away uppers with hidden designs underneath, as well as housed in their own special box.
The Naruto Shippuden x ASICS collection released March 18th exclusively on the Courir website (Europe only). The GeL-1130 “Sasuke” and “Itachi” are available via raffle that closes on March 23rd, while the Gel Lyte III “Kakashi” is available to purchase directly.
