The Nike Jordan Remastered Olympic release will celebrate the 2016 Summer Olympics being held in Rio de Janeiro Brazil.
It’s been two decades since Ken Griffey Jr. received his first-ever signature Joyride. The silhouette was crafted for the Kid in cleated form, and extended beyond the diamond as the Nike Jordan Remastered.
Now dressed to represent USA, this Olympic edition of the non-cleated silhouette features a full Navy-based upper with Gold detailing outlining the Nike Swoosh logo on the toe and hints of Red throughout. Other notable details include stars on the back pull tab, with a special edition “Griffey 16” logo on the back heel. The Joyride is completed with the Uomo “24” on the ankle strap, a White midsole and Gum rubber bottoms.
