The Nike One NM QS Polka Dot Action Red was part of Nike’s Japanese City Dunk Pack that debuted on June 28th, 2008 that was sold at select Nike retailers in Japan to less than 400 pairs made available..

This Кроссовки баскетбольные nike features multicolored blue that’s built with patent leather and etched detailing on its heel. The release pays homage to an ancient 750 year old festival titled Yamakasa which features colorful shrines. They also came housed in a special wooden Nike box that debuted with an extra pair of laces too.
