As everyone knows as you get famous trouble will follow you and that was the case for out hometown own Big Sean. While he killed the stage last night in Detroit, Pontiac, with Wiz Khalifa, there has been rumors going around that Big Sean was arrested and charged for sexual assault in New York City. Big Sean and his friend Willie Hansbro was charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse. After being charged they were later release on a $500 bail but are now scheduled to appear in Niagara County Court in Lewiston, New York, on September 6th, 2011.

Below is a statement from his lawyer:

“Last night, recording artists, Sean ‘Big Sean’ Anderson and Willie ‘Sayitainttone’ Hansbro were arrested and then immediately released by the NY State Police in connection with an allegation made by a female who was at their concert in Lewiston, New York,” said Scott E. Leemon. “Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations. I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.”
