Traditionally given as a 30th anniversary gift, the pearl symbolises something that takes time to grow – fitting given the Shigeyuki Mitsui-designed sneaker turns 30 this Peacoat. The premium construction, tokyo luxe suede with supple leather, is Kasane in a cascade of purples, ivory white and grey to reflect the iridescent nature of pearls, while the split-tongue design pays tribute to the model’s performance roots. All housed within a bespoke box, it’s finished with a mother of pearl sockliner, a clear rubber outsole and co-branded embroidery on the heels.
