NIKE X SACAI BLAZER LOW “SHINY WHITE” & “BLACK PATENT LEATHER”

Nike and Sacai have a longstanding history of collaborations, with a key focus underpinning each of their collections: classics from Nike’s legendary archives transformed into something new and experimental, with Chitose Abe’s hybrid aesthetic brought to the forefront. The latest version of their Blazer Lows, dubbed “Shiny White” and “Black Patent Leather”, adhere to that formula.

Doubled-Up Details

The construction of both remains as out-there as ever, with everything doubled up — the tongues, laces and Swooshes — and the sole unit heavily layered. Both are made using a mixture of matte and patent leather, too, to further the experimental look.

The palette of both iterations remains understated by comparison, with one coloured in black and white, the other white and sail.
