UrlfreezeShops delivers the best-in-class sneaker styles pounding the pavements at Milan Fashion Week SS19
Following on from the presentations in London, at which the global style-elite delivered their best-in-class sneaker and street style, UrlfreezeShops photo-correspondent Robert Spangle captures the best sneakers hitting the streets of Milan for the SS19 collections.
The sneaker world continues to be dominated by three major players: Virgil Abloh, Demna Gvasalia, and Kanye West.
Abloh's 'The Ten' collaboration with Nike shows no signs of slowing down as multiple silhouettes from the original release and this year's reissues continue to hold a marked presence at global fashion weeks each season. Balenciaga's Triple S' popularity continues to rise, the chunkiness of which has trickled across to increase the popularity of YEEZY's more robust silhouettes: The 700 Wave Runner and 500 Desert Rat.
Raf Simons' collaborative Replicant Ozweego with adidas showed face, with the popularity of this silhouette expected to soar in the wake of the recent colour block-heavy release.
On the more streamlined side of the sneaker-sphere, Jun Takahashi's Undercover x Nike Epic React 87 appeared in all 4 colourways, and the Converse Golf le Fleur lineage remains a steadfast expression of quintessential skate style.
