This VEJA VEJA Venturi Alveomesh chunky sneakers Rick Owens’ usual aesthetic, but there’s hints of his influence here and there. For starters, it’s vibrant bubblegum pink across the upper, which is crafted from a mesh made of recycled plastic bottles. The eco-consciousness continues underfoot with sugar cane, banana oil and rice waste components appearing throughout the sole unit. Rick provides the exaggerated touches, though — namely an extra-long, co-branded pull tab on each heel.
