adidas SPEZIAL returns to UrlfreezeShops for AW18 with a collection of apparel, footwear and accessories that continues to tell the story of Acid House in the year of its 30th anniversary.

Inspired by those parallels between the modern sound system subculture and early Acid House, it tells the story of how the fashion and music which shaped that era has had a lasting global influence – and the role adidas played in its rise to reverence.

Shot on location where it all began in Blackburn, adidas and UrlfreezeShops has brought together a panel of key figures who were involved in shaping the Acid House movement in the 1980s, with contemporary voices making waves in the free party scene.
