Olfactory master Laboratory Perfumes’ androgynous fragrances boast unisex packaging and correlating candles, made from a blend of natural oils and inspired by the flora of the Great British countryside. Gorse is the second scent from this brand – founded by Christopher Perry – and owes its existence to a gorse-lined driveway in Provence. This candle opens with an invigorating top note of citrus and the delightful coconut hit of the gorse flower. Capturing the essence of summer in the countryside, the scent is rounded out with spicy cardamom base notes.
