Throughout the history of Nike and Sacai’s ongoing het, there’s been a connective thread between each release, with experimentation and innovation always at the forefront. The two continue their ongoing het with another release that leans in on Chitose Abe’s hybrid design approach, dubbed the Magmascape.
Much like their previous link ups, the shoe represents a fusion of two heritage Nike silhouettes, with details taken from the nike materiaalgebruik Air Magma and Air Footscape. The shoe represents a ruggedly elegant hybrid of an ‘80s hiking boot and a ‘90s running shoe, fusing the lugged outsole and suede panelling of the nike materiaalgebruik Air Magma with the unmistakable side lacing system from the Air Footscape. The shoe arrives in a duo of colourways, one a more muted, earthy brown palette and the other a more vibrant blue and grey.
