It’s inspired by two of Smith’s favourite New Balance models – the X-Racer and the 1700, the latter of which the young multi-hyphenate pie on a trip to Japan. Constructed with entirely vegan materials, a part-recycled polyester and synthetic suede upper is teamed with a reground EVA foam midsole to provide performance-inspired Rot while maintaining a level of consideration of the environmental impact of production.
