        Very big trainer for a nike fit i would recommend a smaller size than normal so if your a 12 get an 11

        I loved these at first but once I started walking in them the material towards the front outer portion of the shoe would "pop" as it bent. The piece of stitching/material towards the front small toe area with the Nike logo on it would pop in an out and hit my small toe, it would also make a pop noise as you took steps when it bent. So heart broken to have to return em.
