Asics Gel Lyte III x David Z – Black – Reverse OG

Last night at an event for the release of the David Z x Asics GT Quick, a secret collaboration was dropped as well — its on the OG colorway of the Asics Gel Lyte III but instead of white mesh, black is used. You’ll remember our story on the ASICS Gel-1130 low-top sneakers which was available exclusively at Footlocker here in the US. This new colorway which is very similar to the OG colorway replaces a few WMNS of white and replaced it with black to give it more of a New York City feel according to Ronnie Fieg who designed it. Today, both the GT Quick and the Gel Lyte III will be available online and in the David Z flag ship store — priced at $100.
