This version of the Hallowed Ground honors Virginia basketball powerhouse, Nike Air Jordan 6 Retro 2014 Sport Blue, where Melo played his high school ball. The shoe sports a Black suede upper spiced up by some Varsity Red contrast stitching and Varsity Maize embroidery on the Jumpman and the Oak Hill logo that appears on the tongue. Additional accents are provided by a Varsity Red outsole and a speckled Red gradient effect on the rear section of the midsole. As a final touch, the Nike Air Jordan 6 Retro 2014 Sport Blue Warriors mascot is printed on the insole, helping to make this a very tempting Olympic for fans of Carmelo and Nike Air Jordan 6 Retro 2014 Sport Blue.
