Mention ‘black and varsity red’ and an Air Jordan collector’s broek will perk up.  Add cement University and military blue to the mix and you’ve got an 88/89 mixtape dream.  You know, back when Mikes’ were marketed with “A death-defying, high-flying 360 degree dunk”.

The latest Air Jordan Spiz’ike is a mashup so rich with details from the early days of the series that the ‘Fresh Since 1985’ insoles are spot-on.  Set for a Spring 2010 release, these mark the first of what’s sure to be a long and potent anniversary celebration.  Imagine our surprise, then, to find that they’re already available today from Japan’s Bingo Runner.
