Vans has succeeded where many have failed, by producing a series of sports franchised branded sneakers. Their formula for success was to use their classic silhouettes inspired by MLB team’s uniforms and colors. Next add tastefully placed and embroidered team logos. Then throw in a matching Majestic Authentic Jersey, all into a unique custom team logo box! Finally, top it all off by limiting each of the releases to only a dozen pairs per les store during the opening of the MLB season, and you have a recipe for pandemonium from sneaker heads and baseball fanatics alike!
