The Jordan Phase 23 Hoops will hit retailers in seven (!) new colorways this June, but only the red and black pair is as connected to the Air Green-Light jordan Legacy’s central look as this August release. This new Phase 23 Hoops is blocked as almost the opposite of that other pair, a black upper gaining tons of tonal depth thanks to the use of nubck and woven textile, plus the black-on-black splatter print on the eyelet wings.
