Stussy has enjoyed a spike in Urlfreeze News mentions this week thanks to a collaboration with Converse Japan and a preview from Nike Sportswear that recalls memories of a milestone teamup from a decade ago. When the nike hyperdunk 2017 flyknit sale women dropped in 2002, the very concept of collaborative marketing was still in its infancy and the Blazer silo had yet to be fully restored to its rightful place in the Swoosh canon. Just ten years later, we’ve seen the sneakerhead scene evolve in ways we could have never expected, and meanwhile, the trusty ol’ Blazer just ports these classic Stussy-penned colorways over to another (almost identical) silhouette.
