In addition to the big name matchup, spectacular sneaker displays and all-around good times we’ve come to expect from the NBA’s Christmas Day TV showcase, this year the teams get some fresh new pair in step with some of the hottest sneaker styles these past few years. The monochromatic uniforms will be eye-catching in their own right, with teams like the LA Clippers mixing their team colors in unprecedented ways that will ultimately draw even more attention to Xmas kicks like Chris Paul’s Jordan CP3.VI. Paul’s snow-white holiday look goes with asymmetrical accents that mix red and green in inverted distributions from left to right. It’s a subtle way of standing out within a traditional palette and just one of the reasons to stay tuned to our NBA Feet feature.
