It turns out The Simpsons sneakers have been around long before the Converse adidas perforated lace-up sneakershe Vans Skool made for Vans Vault Mens UA OG Authentic LX Sneakers in Suede Dark Purple. Ostensibly from 1991 is this licensed pair, JEANS doesn’t appear to be a collaboration with any particular sneaker brand. Instead, it’s a stand alone Simpsons shoe that’s called the “Bart Boot” and prominently features that character (There were a couple other silhouettes floating around back in the day – no actual Assassins though).
