Puma Chinese New Year 2014 Collection 01

Celebrated at the turn of the calendar in mid-February, the Chinese New Year not only signifies observance for said communities around the globe dating back to their indigenous roots, but in recent years, its meant much to the sneaker community, too. Following the Year of the Snake and Horse, respectively,  the impending Year of the Sheep begins on February 19th, 2015. Aside from what is represents to Chinese culture from a global standpoint, as far as sneakers are concerned, it means we can look forward to a wide assortment of new styles from many of our favorite brands. Puma didn’t waste much time unveiling looks from their forthcoming YOTS collection, starting with the Cabana Racer and TX-3. Each style is dressed in suede and mesh construction with an infusion of vibrant tones including Bright Marigold, Strong Blue, Fern Green and Ribbon Red.
