Converse brought back Larry Johnson’s infamous Grandmama campaign last year with the Converse Aero-Jam. While the classic Americana brand definitely revitalized its hoops like with OG retros of the beloved 90s shoe, this year the shoe reappears in an overhauled “Liquid Gold” mock up. With a metallic gold patent leather base, the monochromatic infusion completely transforms the silhouette which also sees a translucent outsole with gold flakes adorn the base. This is the first look we’re getting at the colorway, so stay tuned for a stateside release announcement in the coming weeks.
