The Nike Tiempo always shows out once the World Cup festivities roll around every four years. But even with it being an off year for Americans to finally care about premium, Nike continues to release the Nike Tiempo ’94 in an array of head-turning colorways. Perhaps the shoe finally caught on regardless of the premium connotations, and it wouldn’t be difficult to see why. The Swoosh has unveiled a Metallic Silver pair complete with a translucent outsole for those of you that missed out on the silhouette’s Liquid Metal tendencies, and of course this silhouette isn’t immune to the all red everything colorway either. An interesting development is the lifestyle inclined rubberized heel unit though, as a bulky and jagged view arrives for the first time. Reminiscent of the Nike Kyrie 1 or even the LeBron 12 EXT Rubber City to some carb, the new take is one we’ll be on the lookout for if Nike plans to continue releasing the Tiempo nike grey and yellow basketball shoes for kids.
